Floating Cottage

Pulau Ayer floating cottage exclusively 33 floating cottages with 40 rooms altogether. They all divided into 3 categories, which are 14 standard cottages that come with twin beds, 12 Family cottages that come with double bed, and 7 VIP cottages that come with 2 double bedrooms and dining room.

All of these floating cottages are uniquely built 3 meters above sea level, with glorious ocean view, in order to maximize our guest's pleasure. Each of the floating cottages have shower, 29 inch TV set with satellites and remote control, mini bar, safety box, telephone, a facing to the ocean private balcony, 24 hours room service, fully air-conditioned with remote control.

Land Cottage

Land Cottages Pulau Ayer :: Fasilitas akomodasi di resort Pulau Ayer Pulau Seribu mempunyai akomodasi cottage yang berada diatas laut (floating cottage) dan akomodasi cottage yang berada di darat (land cottage). 

Kedua tipe akomodasi cottage ini banyak diminati oleh turis, ada turis yang menginginkan suasana damai dan lebih sepi di floating cottage dengan suara deburan ombak. Dari sudut harga paket setiap tipe cottage baik floating cottage maupun land cottage mempunyai harga paket yang sama, asalkan tipe cottagenya sama.

Land cottage

Semua arsitektur cottage floating cottage maupun di  land cottage mirip, semua cottage berarsitektur suku Asmat.  Fasilitas cottage tipe Standard, cottage Family dan cottage VIP baik land cottage maupun floating cottage sama.  Tipe land cottage ini juga terdapat tipe lain yang tidak ada di floating cottage, yakni; tipe Bungalow, tipe Deluxe Hotel dan tipe Executive Hotel.

Tipe Enarotali ini cocok untuk keluarga kecil atau pasangan	Land Cottage VIP bernama Ayamaru, kapasitas cottage untuk 4 orang dewasa, dilengkapi dengan fasilitas 2 unit bedroom, 1 unit living room, dining room, telephone, TV, refrigerator, private terrace dan bathroom
Akomodasi di darat ini bernama bungalow Cendrawasih, berbentuk segitiga untuk kapasitas 4 orang dewasa dilengkapi fasilitas 2 unit bedroom upper dan down stairs, AC, TV, refrigerator, bathroom dan private terrace	Akomodasi didarat ini berbentuk kamar hotel bernama Deluxe Hotel, kapasitas 2 orang dewasa, tipe kamar hotel Deluxe ini dilengkapi dengan 1 unit double bed, AC, TV, telephone dan refrigerator

Keterangan akomodasi Cottage, Bungalow dan Hotel di Pulau Ayer

1. Cottage Standard;  Cottage tipe standard pulau Ayer ini terdiri dari satu kamar tidur, bathroom, shower, water heater. Cottage Standard semua mempunyai tipe 2 unit single bed,
2. Cottage Family:  Family Cottage di pulau Ayer mempunyai satu ranjang double, yakni satu ranjang besar.  fasilitas cottage tipe family didarat dan diatas laut sama.
3. Cottage VIP ; Cottage VIP terdapat 2 kamar tidur, kapasitas 4 orang, tempat tidur Double bed dan satu kamar tidur lagi twin Bed.
4. Bungalow: tipe Bungalow untuk kapasitas 4 orang, area tidur terbuka atas dan bawah, bagian atas (upstairs) berbentuk mezzanine.
5. Deluxe Hotel: akomodasi ini seperti kamar hotel dengan banyak kamar tidur dengan tempat tidur double bed.
6. Executive Deluxe hotel: bentuk akomodasi ini sama seperti Deluxe hotel hanya lebih luas dan dilengkapi 2 single bed kapasitas 4 orang.
